Cancellations and Changes

• Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

• Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the delivery date may not be accommodated.

• All cancellation and change requests must be submitted via email.

Refunds

• If an order is cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery, a full refund will be issued.

Rush Fees

• Orders placed with less than 1 business day’s notice may incur a 15% rush fee.
